FBO Security Assessments

The meeting often starts before wheels-up.

Executives regularly hold meetings at the FBO: a conversation in a private room before departure, a call from a lounge while the aircraft is prepared, a short working session on arrival. These are shared spaces used by many travellers.

ICUnit provides technical security assessments of the specific rooms and areas your principals will use, arranged through the FBO’s management and carried out under its procedures. We don’t claim partnerships with any FBO, and each engagement is arranged individually.

    Passenger lounges and quiet areas used before and after flights.

  • Private meeting rooms

    Conference rooms booked for arrival or departure meetings.

  • Executive waiting areas

    Areas where principals wait while aircraft are prepared.

    Offices used for short working sessions on the ground.

    The aircraft cabin itself, coordinated with the operator.

    Vehicles used to and from the aircraft.

Do you have agreements with specific FBOs?
No. ICUnit does not claim partnerships with any FBO. Each engagement is arranged with the FBO’s management on behalf of the client.
Can you assess a room we have booked at an FBO?
Yes, subject to the FBO’s approval and procedures. We recommend arranging it at the time of booking.
