Temporary environments carry permanent consequences.

Some of the most sensitive discussions happen away from the office: an investor dinner, an off-site strategy session, a negotiation at a neutral venue, a leadership retreat. These spaces are unfamiliar, shared with others and outside your normal controls.

ICUnit provides pre-event assessments of the rooms that matter, coordination with the venue where appropriate, and post-event checks when the situation calls for one.

    Technical and physical inspection of the defined rooms before attendees arrive.

    Controlled space

    Once complete, the rooms can be treated as controlled spaces under your security procedures.

    Post-event check

    Where appropriate, a follow-up check after the event concludes.

Does the venue need to be told?
Sometimes access requires coordination with the venue. We handle that discreetly and only to the extent needed.
Why a post-event check?
For multi-day events, or where items may have been left behind in a room, a post-event check helps confirm the environment was not altered while it was in use.
